Shipping policy

DOMESTIC DELIVERIES

At Poonam Dubey Designs, every order is handled with attention and care, and we work only with established national courier services to ensure safe delivery. Since each creation is handcrafted, timelines can differ from one piece to another. We aim to deliver our products within 15-20 days of placing the order.

Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Please note that delivery schedules may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather disruptions, logistical delays, or strikes.

Requests for address changes can be accommodated only if the order has not yet been dispatched. Additionally, the revised address must be within the same state as the original delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email so you can follow its progress.

The delivery period begins from the date your order is successfully confirmed.

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen production constraints, you will be offered an alternative product, store credit, or a full refund.
  • If your order is delayed by more than two weeks beyond the estimated delivery window for reasons outside our control, our team will contact you to confirm how you would like to proceed.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

    We aim to deliver our products internationally within 25-30 days of placing the order.

    • Currency & Bank Conversion Fees- All orders are processed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). If you are an international customer, your bank or card issuer may apply a foreign currency conversion fee when processing the payment. Poonam Dubey Designs is not responsible for any such fees. The final amount charged in your local currency will depend on your bank's exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
    • A flat shipping fees of INR 10,000 is applicable on all International Orders.
    • We only use reputed and registered international shipping carriers such as Fedex, DHL, and Aramex Express for all our International Orders.
    • Please note that our Delivery timelines are based on the concept of working/business days and do not factor 'Saturday' and 'Sunday' which is an off for our facilities and also for our empaneled international courier partners.
    • Please note that we do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
    • Please always provide an accurate and complete shipping address including the pin-code (if applicable) along with a mobile number that you are available at to ensure smooth delivery of your order.
    • Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items that are levied at the time of port entry and vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, Fedex etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent.
